Todo mundo sabe como é chato receber diariamente aquelas ligações de telemarketing e mensagens SMS com promoções de operadoras de celular, tv e banda langa. Isso sem contar os casos em que as mensages são deixadas na secretária eletrônica. Em âmbito nacional, a Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (Anatel) regula essa prática, e apesar de não ter estatísticas específicas sobre reclamações relacionadas a telemarketing por SMS, garante ao consumidor que é possível optar por não mais receber esse tipo de propaganda.

O que fazer para cancelar serviços e restringir envio de SMS?

A resolução 477 da Anatel, de 2007, e a lei estadual 4.863, de 2006, garantem ao cliente optar por receber ou não mensagens de texto e solicitar a suspensão do serviço. Queixas pelo telefone 1331 ou no site da agência (www.anatel.gov.br).

Contrato. A Anatel aprovou, em 20 de fevereiro, norma que garante, a partir de julho, cancelamento automático do contrato de telefonia, banda larga ou TV por assinatura. A operadora terá até dois dias úteis para efetivar a decisão. Em cancelamento via atendente, o serviço deve ser encerrado de imediato.

Claro. Para cancelar o recebimento de mensagens e serviços, o cliente deve enviar a palavra “sair” para 888, ou solicitar o bloqueio pelo canal 1052.

TIM. Sobre torpedo/SMS promocional, o cliente pré-pago é perguntado se quer recebê-los ao realizar a primeira ligação. Também é possível solicitar bloqueio enviando SMS com a palavra “sair” para o 4112 ou ligando para *144.

Oi. Basta enviar SMS com a palavra “sair” para o número 55555 ou desativar o serviço pelo portal de relacionamento Minha Oi.

Vivo. O cancelamento de SMS pode ser feito pelo portal www.vivo.com.br, pelo *8486, nas lojas e até por SMS.

GVT. Suspensão do contrato pode ser feita pelo site www.gvt.com.br/portal/site/minhagvt/faleComGvt.
